📲 How to Check Your Live Scan Results

You won’t receive the results directly unless you're authorized. They are sent to the requesting agency (like your employer or licensing board). However, here’s how you can track the status:

  1. Visit the DOJ Status Check Portal:
    Go to: https://applicantstatus.doj.ca.gov/

2.    Enter Required Information:

o   ATI Number (this is on your Live Scan receipt)

o   Date of Birth

3.    Click “Submit” to view your Live Scan status.

If you haven’t received confirmation from your requesting agency within 7–10 business days, here are some steps:

  • Contact the agency you submitted the Live Scan for.
  • Double-check the ATI number for typos.
